The investigation of Idunn has been proceeding as scheduled. Police have now isolated one Daniel Buta, a member of the "inner circle" in Idunn. This reporter has received information that Buta had previously passed certain information to the police; sadly, he shows certain signs of abuse, but the paramedics are confident in his recovery.
This town is a curious one. Walking around, I feel an intruder in this vestige of pioneer America. The residents are uniformly shut tight in their homes, refusing to answer any questions. Talking to them I sense their fear of outsiders, yet there is also a sense of expectance or anticipation.

Unfortunately, there seems no trace of the girl that started this whole investigation, Jill Smith. The Kudram PD are confident in their ability to follow up the remaining leads, however.
