Starting at 10AM today, the Kudram Police Dept. began a raid on the town of Idunn, acting on information leading them to believe in a strange ceremony to be held today. (talk about internet sources and my own work)
The raid initially went smoothly, the populace reacting more with confusion than fear. However, it quickly became apparent that the "inner circle" was nowhere to be found; the four top cult members had disappeared. The town's exits have been blocked off, yet there is not enough manpower to completely surround the settlement. However, this reporter belives the cult members will attempt to resist in some way, and they have hidden themselves within the village somewhere. (work in stuff about the floor plans the inside man gave us)
The known security storage areas were seized. To the PD's relief, it seems the town does not have any weapons as such. Quite a few crates of pepper spray and some riot gear were impounded. Also, curiously, many small pieces of paper inscribed with what appear to be Asian symbols were found. (consult with Kobayashi at the office for translation)
